Returns Policy

New Unused Product Returns:

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased from does not meet your expectations, it may be eligible for return.

  • You may return new, unused parts within 90 days from the purchase date for a complete refund or exchange. To avoid a restocking fee, you must request a return within 60 days of purchase date, and Range Technology must receive the returned items within 90 days after purchase date.
  • Parts not eligible for return: Clearance items, Factory Refurbished Items, and Made to Order items.
  • Items returned 91-180 days after the date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Items are not eligible for return after 180 days unless there is a valid warranty issue and submission. The product must be in the original, manufacturer's box and must be sent freight prepaid
  • Products that show signs of excessive age, abuse, improper handling, or have been modified beyond Range Technology’s instructions may be rejected and incur an inspection fee regardless of age
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product Returns:

Range Technology will cover the shipping costs for the handling of returned product that was incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective.

If you were sent an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective product, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-404-6141 or email [email protected] and request a UPS pick-up or return label for the return of the product.

What to Expect:

Upon arrival of the returned product to Range Technology and Range Technology's determination that the returned product is new and unused, incorrect, damaged, or defective, Range Technology will issue a refund back to the credit card used on the original transaction. If Range Technology determines that the returned product was used, correctly shipped, undamaged, or not defective, Range Technology will return the product to you, freight collect, and will not issue a refund to your credit card.

You can view your order history, check the status of your order, and track your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders. From here you can select "Orders Details" on an order to view its status and tracking information.

You can upgrade your Range AFM DISABLE Module to latest Version of firmware for FREE!

NOTE: If you experienced the check engine light/dash messages symptom (which Version 7 and later addresses), you can reset your DTCs by performing the following: Check Engine Light Procedure

Warranty Information

One year repair or replacement for the module FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER when purchased from an authorized dealer or reseller.

Range Technology warrants the covered product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer only. Within the warranty period, Range Technology will repair or replace any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and services must be performed by Range Technology. All expenses related to repairing or replacing the covered product will be assumed by Range Technology except for the following expenses which will be assumed by the buyer:

  • Repairs necessitated by abuse or use other than the intended use
  • Damage resulting from an incorrect application, accidents, alterations, or improper installation or care
  • Damage or alterations made by anyone other than Range Technology
  • Damage from natural disasters
  • Theft or loss of product
  • Damage resulting from shipping or handling as a result of poor packing
  • Incidental damage, travel time, diagnosis or 
  • Shipping of the product to Range Technology as per the warranty/repair form
